Well Clyde did exist in 1860- it was a pastoral run...
If the photo is of the goldfileds town of Dunstan it perhaps can be dated- depending on the businesses then. Or clothing styles etc.

Incorrect date as Clyde did not exist until after August 1862 when the goldrush pioneers came through this area.
Will research more accurate date and comment back.
